Charlotte The Mouse Amigurumi Plush
This is a handmade crochet plushie of Charlotte the Mouse. She's based on an art project that I did back in June 2024. Made to order, dispatched from the UK.
Size: Approx. 14cm tall (Cheese + Mouse (excluding the ears)
Also includes:
- Keychains, (e.g. chosen either as shrink plastics (includes one of my graphic drawings), or as crocheted)

Before purchasing your order, please continue to read the description:
- Materials used to make the order: Aran yarn, DK yarn, fiberfill stuffing, felt
- Processing time (the time needed to create and dispatch the order): 0-1 week (unless more than one physical order has been made simultaneously)
- Delivery times (Note that they are likely to vary and I will have no control over them): U.K.: 1st class (1-3 working days), Internationally: Up to 15 days (Note that this varies between many countries), tracked

Return & Refund Policy
I offer refunds for handmade plushies and other physical products, unless the product has already been dispatched to their destination (see 'Return Policy' for more details). Therefore, I am unable to offer refunds, if the order has been lost and has not returned to me. On the other hand, if the customer is willing to pay half price towards the product, plus shipping, then I would be obliged to make a replacement and send it off again.
However, if the packaging has returned to me, then customers will have the option to refund the product. I am able to refund this, because I would be able to sell the returned products to other customers. Another choice that they can select, is request me to attempt to send off the packaging again. However, they would have to pay shipping towards the attempt.
I do not offer returns or refunds for digital downloads (e.g. amigurumi patterns), due to the nature of these particular items.
However, if the order is highly likely to be fraudulent, then I will unfortunately be unable to accept it. Therefore, I would have no option but to cancel and refund the order, no matter what form it is in. This is due to potential chargebacks that I could receive in the near future.

Shipping Info
Shipping rates are based on standard postage from the United Kingdom and are displayed at checkout. Note that these shipping prices vary, depending on which country you live in. All orders are processed from 0-1 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) before being dispatched. Should they take longer than this, then that could mean I am working on a number of physical orders during the same time. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping inside the U.K.
Unfortunately, I do not offer tracking for those who live in the U.K. order my products. But they are delivered first class, so they should arrive to your destination within 1-2 days after being dispatched. However, if you have not received your order, please contact me via my contacts page.
Shipping outside the U.K.
The countries outside the U.K. where I sell my products are: UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They should take up to 15 days, after being dispatched. Note that this varies and delays could occur at that time, due to problems that are out of my control. Also, I do not take responsibility for delays via customs.
