Shipping Policy
As for physical products, shipping rates are based on standard postage from the United Kingdom and are displayed at checkout. Note that these shipping prices vary, depending on which country you live in. All orders are processed from 0-1 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) before being dispatched. Should they take longer than this, then that could mean I am working on a number of physical orders during the same time. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Inside The U.K.
Unfortunately, I do not offer tracking for those who live in the U.K. order my products. But they are delivered first class, so they should arrive to your destination within 1-2 days after being dispatched. However, if you have not received your order, please contact me.
Unfortunately, I Can't Ship Outside The U.K.
The reason for this is because of all the laws and fees that I would have to face. If I chose to do this, it would become too big a cost to cover them all, therefore becoming stressful, as it shouldn't be. It is preferable for me to ship inside my country the U.K..
Digital Products
I do not charge shipping for digital downloads of PDF crochet patterns. Downloads of the full PDF documents are available by clicking on the download link, immediately after payment. Customers who have paid for PDF downloads will also receive an automatic email, which includes a download link.
Orders that are at a high risk of fraud
If I receive an order that is at a high risk of fraud, I will be unable to accept it. Therefore, I would have no option but to cancel and refund the order, no matter what form it is in. This is due to potential chargebacks that I could receive later on.
