Low-Sew Snow Giraffe Crochet Pattern (PDF Download)
This is a downloadable digital file, not the finished plushie. Digital items cannot be refunded or cancelled. The file includes a PDF file of a crochet pattern based on a low-sew snow giraffe.
The crochet pattern includes the U.K. abbreviations.
Difficulty: Intermediate. There may not be very many pieces to sew on, but crocheting the legs and body together are quite tricky. Also, you're required to embroider snowflakes on the back of its body. The eyes are made out of felt, but it's completely up to you, if you prefer to use a different method.
Finished plush size: Approx. 19cm tall (excluding the hat)
You can sell or use the finished plushie as a gift, but please do not sell, distribute or claim the pattern as your own.

Shipping Info
Shipping rates are based on standard postage from the United Kingdom and are displayed at checkout. All orders are processed from 0-1 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) before being dispatched. Should they take longer than this, then that could mean I am working on a number of physical orders during the same time. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping inside the U.K.
Unfortunately, I do not offer tracking for those who live in the U.K. order my products. But they are delivered first class, so they should arrive to your destination within 1-2 days after being dispatched. However, if you have not received your order, please contact me via my contacts page.
Return & Refund Policy
I offer refunds for handmade plushies and other physical products, unless the product has already been dispatched to their destination (see 'Return Policy' for more details). Therefore, I am unable to offer refunds, if the order has been lost and has not returned to me. On the other hand, if the customer is willing to pay half price towards the product, plus shipping, then I would be obliged to make a replacement and send it off again.
However, if the packaging has returned to me, then customers will have the option to refund the product. I am able to refund this, because I would be able to sell the returned products to other customers. Another choice that they can select, is request me to attempt to send off the packaging again. However, they would have to pay shipping towards the attempt.
I do not offer returns or refunds for digital downloads (e.g. amigurumi patterns), due to the nature of these particular items.
However, if the order is highly likely to be fraudulent, then I will unfortunately be unable to accept it. Therefore, I would have no option but to cancel and refund the order, no matter what form it is in. This is due to potential chargebacks that I could receive in the near future.
