Strawberry Tart Penguin Crochet Pattern (PDF Download)

It includes a crochet pattern, based on a strawberry tart, with a penguin in the middle.
This amigurumi pattern includes the U.K. abbreviations.
Finished plush size: Approx. 10cm (tart diameter) X 10cm tall (excluding the ice cream scoop + strawberry)
Difficulty: Intermediate. There may be multiple pieces to sew on. The edge of the crust can be tricky to do, so you may be required to concentrate. You also need to change yarn colours for the penguin's body.
You can sell, or use the finished plushie as a gift, but the pattern is for personal use only. Please do not sell, distribute or claim the pattern as your own.

Return & Refund Policy
I offer refunds for handmade plushies and other physical products, unless the product has already been dispatched to their destination (see 'Return Policy' for more details). Therefore, I am unable to offer refunds, if the order has been lost and has not returned to me. On the other hand, if the customer is willing to pay half price towards the product, plus shipping, then I would be obliged to make a replacement and send it off again.
However, if the packaging has returned to me, then customers will have the option to refund the product. I am able to refund this, because I would be able to sell the returned products to other customers. Another choice that they can select, is request me to attempt to send off the packaging again. However, they would have to pay shipping towards the attempt.
I do not offer returns or refunds for digital downloads (e.g. amigurumi patterns), due to the nature of these particular items.
However, if the order is highly likely to be fraudulent, then I will unfortunately be unable to accept it. Therefore, I would have no option but to cancel and refund the order, no matter what form it is in. This is due to potential chargebacks that I could receive in the near future.
